Karate

Visitors and new members always welcome, parents are welcome to watch the class, trial class for new members is free. Don’t have a suit? - just come along in joggers and a t-shirt, bare feet, and bring a bottle of water. Alex and Big John are friendly characters who have fun and laugh when teaching karate, and if you didn't have fun It was because you didn’t come along to class
