Wellness Through Movement

At Complete Movement, we specialise in a modern form of Pilates classes offering one-to-one coaching using the Pilates Reformer among other equipment and Group Pilates classes.

Our clients tell us that our approach is unique. We’re calm but practical, anatomically knowledgeable, but still human, not the cheapest but worth the investment and we work collaboratively with you and give you hope, but won’t patronise you or treat you like a “thing” that needs to be fixed. Our studio is modern and bright, but tucked away in the historic centre of Haddington.

Whether you have sciatica, lower back pain, ongoing knee pain, shoulder pain, hip pain or just general daily aches and pains, we treat you as a person and work with you to help you understand what’s causing your pain and help you to improve your health, wellbeing and strength.
